Bookings & Cancellations
How can I book a Stayhouse Collective property?
Bookings can be made directly via our website or through approved platforms like Airbnb, booking.com. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policies are specific to each of our properties. These can be found on the booking website at time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How do I access the property?
All properties are equipped with secure self-check-in systems. Access codes and full instructions will be emailed on the day of your arrival.
What should I do when checking out?
We kindly ask that you:
Leave the space tidy and return any furniture or items to their original place
Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins
Ensure all windows and doors are locked
Switch off lights, heating/cooling, and appliances
Return keys as instructed in your check-out message
No need to worry about laundry or deep cleaning — we’ll take care of that!
During Your Stay
Do you provide linens and toiletries?
Yes. All stays include hotel-quality linen, plush towels, and essential toiletries.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
If anything goes wrong, just let us know. We’ll take care of it quickly or provide an alternative solution to ensure your stay remains smooth and enjoyable.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our stays include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The details can be found in your guestbook at the property or your confirmation email prior to your check-in.
Can I have a party?
We want you to have fun and celebrate with your guests however we do not permit parties, events, or loud gatherings at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We ask that you please respect neighbours and building common areas at all times.
Can I smoke at the property?
All our stays have a strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property policy. Smoking in outdoor areas must be in the building permitted areas only.
Can I bring my pet?
Furry friends are unfortunately not permitted in any of our stays at this time.
Liability & Safety
Is Stayhouse Collective responsible for personal belongings?
While we take every measure to ensure a safe and secure environment, we are not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend securing valuables and considering travel insurance for added peace of mind.
What happens in the event of an accident or injury?
All properties are maintained to high safety standards, but guests are responsible for their own wellbeing during their stay. We are not liable for injuries that occur on-site, so we kindly ask that all guests use the space responsibly and with care.
